    Business Unit Summary:
    Crane Nuclear is a Business Unit within the Fluid Handling Group of Crane Co.; a U.S. based multi- national company which specializes in highly engineered products in niche markets.

    Crane Nuclear provides valves, valve parts, valve testing products, and valve maintenance/testing services to domestic and international commercial nuclear power customers.

    Crane Nuclear features recognized valve brands and is an industry leader in valve diagnostic technology and valve maintenance/testing scope-based, process driven services.

    FP&A Manager, Crane Nuclear PFT Corp

    , Kennesaw, Georgia:

    Provides support to the Management team by preparing financial reports/presentations, annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and weekly updates on operating changes for the month and quarter.

    Responsible for analyzing the monthly results for both the Kennesaw and Bolingbrook locations versus Plan/Forecast/Prior Year.

    Provide monthly analysis to the Vice President of Finance as it relates to price/volume/mix of sales, related cost of sales, incurred costs, and cash flow for Kennesaw and Bolingbrook.

    Provide analysis to internal and external auditors for actual quarterly and annual variances versus prior periods. Provide customer rebate calculations, labor variance analysis and recommendations, inventory cost analysis, and capacity planning analysis. Assist Managers with financial justification for capital expenditure request. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Must have at least 4 years of experience preparing financial reporting, analysis, and modelling.

    Of experience required, must have 3 years in each of the following:
    (i) planning and forecasting financial metrics and performance objectives, and (ii) analyzing key variances in the Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Cash Flow, and key operating metrics in a manufacturing environment on a monthly, quarterly basis and annual basis including but not limited to order/sales trends, market trends, pricing, cost to budget and capital expenditure analysis to collaborate with business leadership.
