    Job Title: Manager of Finance - Global FP&A

    About the Company: The company is a global organization dedicated to driving financial excellence and strategic planning across its operations.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving: Ensure comprehensive understanding of the business and implement improvements. Facilitate budget preparation and monitoring.
    • Financial Planning: Develop plans and recommendations for the function.
    • Team Management: Lead and coordinate financial activities efficiently, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with policies.
    • Project Management: Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to address business challenges.
    Reporting Structure:
    • Reports to a Director level.
    • No direct reports.
    Travel:
    • Occasional overnight travel required.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Mainly sedentary role with occasional light lifting tasks.
    Working Environment:
    • Comfortable indoor workspace with minimal adverse conditions.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
    • Eligibility to work in the United States.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and/or GBQ.
    • Proven success in problem-solving environments preferred.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years.
    Competencies:
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
    • Understanding of strategic planning and resource management principles.
    • Strong project management and decision-making skills.
