    A LARGE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER IN OLYMPIA, WA IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A FEW PATIENT SERVICE REPS.

    Pay: $19-21/hr

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm

    Start Date: June 3rd or it can be 2-weeks out from that

    Description:

    Looking for patient services specialist responsible for medical front desk responsibilities:

    • Answering phones
    • Checking patients into their appointments
    • Verifying Patient Demographics
    • PCCs for this opening will be primarily working with referrals processing
    • Checking incoming faxed referrals
    • Processing referrals
    • Checking insurance portals for coverage and insuring prior authorizations are complete

    Skills:

    Customer service, Medical terminology, Health care, Medical, Care coordination

    EPIC or EMR must have

    HS diploma or GED

    Experience Level:

    Entry Level - Intermediate
