    Job Title: Member Service Representative at Harborstone Credit Union

    Join our team as a Member Service Representative at Harborstone Credit Union! In this role, you will be a trusted financial partner for our members, helping them with smart financing plans and setting savings goals to achieve financial wellbeing. By advocating for the success of our cooperative and promoting Harborstone products and services, you will play a key role in creating thriving communities.

    As a Member Service Representative, you will uphold legal and compliance requirements unique to the role, ensuring the security and trust of our members and communities. By embodying our Core Values and consistently advocating for our members' financial prosperity, you will contribute to the growth and success of Harborstone Credit Union.

    Salary Range:

    Minimum: $19.06

    Maximum: $27.24

    Responsibilities:

    • Make sound recommendations for lending, deposit, and service charge requests to benefit both members and the cooperative.
    • Communicate effectively with members and internal staff through various channels.
    • Participate in branch promotions and support operational tasks.
    • Manage member accounts, handle transactions, and address member concerns professionally.
    • Promote and refer financial products and services to meet members' needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and critical thinking to address members' needs effectively.
    • Knowledge of credit cards, consumer loans, and mortgage products to assist members accordingly.
    • Utilize Member Experience tools and support training efforts within branch teams.
    • Understand Harborstone's strategic goals and actively contribute to achieving successful results.
    • Develop a growth mindset and focus on personal and professional development.

    Experience/Education:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Notary license and NMLS training for mortgage services.
    • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
