What You'll Do With Us:

You will be responsible for the technical management of our REWE markets in a defined geographical area (Aschaffenbug) and will oversee the planning and coordination of new construction, renovation, expansion, and closure measures, as well as the responsible execution of construction projects.

You will ensure compliance with bidding and procurement guidelines, construction and furnishing standards, as well as process and budget adherence.

You will implement national retail concepts and store layouts, as well as measures for technical energy management, energy efficiency improvement, and operational safety.

You will ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements in the construction industry and handle small projects.

You will take on responsibility:

your ongoing project controlling and reporting with regard to construction costs, deadlines, and quality completes your area of responsibility.

What We're Looking For:
Your (technical) university degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable education in the construction field.

Your several years of industry-specific professional experience in the construction and project development of commercial properties, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office programs.

Your high self-motivation, communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel. Additionally, your independent, efficient, and solution-oriented way of working.

Your quick comprehension, decisiveness, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
