Your main tasks include * Assisting in monitoring and maintaining the ZII's own data center infrastructure * Planning, expanding, and documenting the central system infrastructure * Locating and resolving issues with central systems * Providing second-level support * Project/sub-project management for internal and customer projects * On-call duty for special tasks * Active participation in shaping and implementing technical and security-related developments at Zimmerberg Informatik AG * Implementation of the current O365 project, accompanying customers to the new environment We require * Completed higher education in computer science (federal certificate, equivalent education or experience) * Good knowledge and several years of experience with Microsoft products (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, O365) * Several years of experience in complex, virtualized system environments.
