- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership communication.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for operations excellence initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure operational improvements comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering from a 4 year college or university.
- 6 to 8 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be adaptable to accept new changes in the field of lean manufacturing and should remain abreast with the latest developments happening in that field.
- Extremely organized and should have the ability to identify problems and resolve them quickly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent planning and implementation skills would prove to be an advantage.
- Must be self-driven with positive attitude and should be result oriented.
- Must have exceptional communication skills and work well with people.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, experience in a medical device setting is a plus.
- Six -Sigma Black belt preferred.
- Business intelligence experience with database and visualization tools like PowerBi preferred.
- Advanced Excel experience preferred.
