    Evolution Parking & Guest Services is America's exclusive provider of specialized valet parking and front door services exclusively for hotels and resorts nationwide. We operate and manage the parking and front door services and the exceptional team members that make it all possible at America's finest hotels such as the Waldorf Astoria, Renaissance, Hilton, Marriott, Sofitel, Hyatt and countless more.

    Our strict focus on only serving the hotel industry affords our clients the benefit of a more sophisticated guest service platform without the distractions from other verticals. Hotel Valet Parking Management and Bell Services is our only niche and provided our undivided attention.

    Job Summary

    The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing multi-unit operations, a constant focus on team member development, coaching and training while overseeing day to day operations in a fast-paced environment. This position focuses on day-to-day continuous improvement of all operations, client relations and strategic and tactical functions to maximize operational effectiveness while delivering excellence in service delivery as the industry leader.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance, and compliance.
    • Demonstrate the ability to positively move the metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, guest service and turnover.
    • Manage scheduling, overtime for associates under his/her direct supervision, tip reporting and timekeeping.
    • Ensure that forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports are on time and accurate.
    • Effectively utilizes standardized business systems as developed by Evolution and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Actively engage in the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected for the location.
    • Ensure new associates get off to the right start through proper orientation and on-the-job training.
    • Recognize great performance and provides opportunities for top performers to learn and grow.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching for all direct reports.
    • Works with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast and plan for seasonal variances in business to ensure proper staffing levels.
    • Understand the client's service standards and effectively integrates Evolution Parking and Guest Services' standards to complement them.
    • Develop cohesive working relationships with the client's staff members.
    • Understand what objectives are important to the client and ensures the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations.
    • Treat clients and associates with courtesy, respect, and dignity.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality related to associate and client information.
    • Practice preventative safety procedures as set forth by Evolution.
    • Ensure all associates have been adequately trained in safety and loss prevention procedures.
    • Consistently follows the progressive disciplinary process to hold associates accountable for at-fault claims and safety violations.
    • Adhere to Evolution Parking and Guest Services' employment and payroll policies and procedures to limit exposure to employment claims and litigation.
    • Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations.
    • Identify high performing team members for Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership developmental Programs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Education Required

    • Associates Degree, High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant working experience.
    • Understanding of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service.

    Minimum Experience Required

    • Experience in valet parking.
    • Valid US Drivers License.
    • 2+ years in a management position.
    • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
    • Experience with Customer Service.

    Skills Required

    • Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong technology proficiency.
    • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
    Salary Range$100,000—$130,000 USD
