    Description

    Our Client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

    Job Duties:

    • Answer phones, transfer calls as needed
    • Data Entry, filing, maintain office supplies
    • Set up appointments
    • Track estimates
    • Coordinate meetings with CFO and contractors
    • Manage dumpster rental and parts orders
    • Maintain registration and inspection of fleet
    • Manage invoicing, post payments into QuickBooks
    • Dispatch for trucking division

    Requirements:

    • Previous Administrative Assistant experience required
    • Previous experience in the Construction or Concrete industry is a huge plus
    • Must have excellent Customer Service skills
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
