    Orchestrate the complete rental order fulfillment process for the sale and rental of these products.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Report all calls in a daily call log thoroughly, follow-up on previous days' activities with customers or rental/sales representatives, provide customers with quotes and pass on any leads to the rental /sales reps.

    Take Rental Orders from customers and sales representatives and enter in the systemCreate Rental ContractsFacilitate order fulfillment process by communicating with manufacturers/suppliers Communicate directly with branches and haulers for machine preparation, shipment, and deliveryFollow-up invoicing and reconciliation of transactionsEnsure proper rental procedures by working with the credit, sales and services departments on a corporate and branch level.

    Responsible for the profitable achievement of the Certified Rental budget as well as the gross margin revenue for the entire company including but not limited to:
    Inventory DistributionUtilization AnalysisLost Rental AnalysisRelationship with Rental AlliancesOpen and Closing of Rental ContractsLogistics: Equipment Delivery and TransferInventory AccuracyRental CreditsQualificationsFour year bachelor's degree with a major in a business related field requiredGood understanding of the construction equipment business is not required but would be beneficialMust demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and must possess good computer skillsStrong time-management skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and haulersAbility to successfully pass background drug screen and physical
