    **Description**

    We are looking for a proactive, organized, experienced and energetic Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support for our growing sales and business development team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues, partners, prospects and clients alike, by keeping schedules, providing feedback, and maintaining critical sales documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize overall performance and scalability of our rapidly growing company.

    **Responsibilities**

    Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, building/maintaining important scoping and selling documents and communicating relevant information to key internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders

    Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales-related activities including sales pipeline and ad-hoc reporting through Salesforce

    Maintain metrics for all revenue-generating areas of the business and sales dashboard for overall company KPIs

    Collaborate with marketing, sales and other team members to assist in the preparation of materials for demos, meetings or events

    Assist in prioritizing and managing schedules with prospects, clients, and partners, which may include pre-meeting research, meeting agendas/proposals/presentations and post-meeting follow-ups

    **Requirements**

    Proven experience in sales, selling or business development activities; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

    Experience in Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn a plus, proficient in Google Workspace.

    Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Self-motivated, and strong team player that loves a fast pace, fun and energetic environment with high level of dedication

    Loves to learn and geek out on new technologies, especially related to modern data stacks

    BS/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
