We are a family-owned law firm located in the heart of The Meadows, FL with 11 employees. The firm was founded in 1979 and provides a wide range of services to individuals, associations, and businesses.

Our office is conveniently located with excellent transportation connections.

There is a general practitioner on site, as well as a nearby convenience store (Nahkauf), a kiosk with a post office, a tailor, and additional parking options near the office.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.


This position is permanent and can be filled either full-time or part-time, starting on March 1st, 2023 or by agreement.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing and processing payroll
  • Communicating with health insurance companies and authorities, and serving as a competent contact person for our clients

Your profile should include:


  • At least 3 years of professional experience or other commercial training in the HR/payroll field
  • Good knowledge of payroll and salary accounting
  • Previous experience with the "Addison" software or similar accounting software, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Willingness to support our digitalization and electronic file management efforts
  • Ability to stay organized and structured under tight deadlines
  • Team player with a friendly and solutionoriented attitude
