The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating and responding to the inquiries of existing and prospective customers on behalf of the company. In this position, you will be responsible to maintain interaction with customers and solve customer issues on a day-to-day basis while portraying a professional attitude and providing superior customer service.

Education
High School Diploma, Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience
5+ years in Customer Service, Customer Relations Role. Experience in a Manufacturing setting strongly preferred, but not necessary.
