Acushnet manufactures and distributes golf balls, clubs, shoes, gloves, clothing, bags, and other golf accessories. The German subsidiary is responsible for sales and marketing in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Eastern Europe.
In order to maintain our leading position and meet the high demand as a manufacturer in an outdoor sport, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team (permanent position) at our German branch in Idstein.
Your responsibilities:
- Telephone support for our customers in Czech Republic and Eastern Europe
- Order processing using our in-house inventory management system (LS400/AS400)
- Order confirmation and monitoring
- Support for our sales team in Germany and other European countries
- Close coordination with our UK colleagues for ball printing and club building
- After-sales handling of returns and complaints
