We are thrilled to further strengthen this foundation by seeking a Technical Assistant to join our expanding team in Boca Raton, FL

    The Technical Assistant will collaborate closely with the Team Leader and Producers to support new and existing accounts, striving to meet Agency sales objectives and service benchmarks.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of procedures.
    • Address client requests for information, endorsements, cancellations, and other necessary services.
    • Assume full accountability for all Service Center Accounts.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in available carrier rating systems if provided by the Agency.
    • Acquire a solid understanding of company underwriting philosophies and appetites.
    • Review policies, endorsements, audits, and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in compiling and preparing data.
    • Keep the Team Leader informed of any service-related issues.
    • Utilize agency automation with a high level of expertise.
    • Adhere to procedures established by management.
    • Pursue both personal and professional development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Office experience
    • Proficiency in English reading and writing
    • Timely and accurate task completion ability
    • Maintain quality and quantity output standards
    • High School Diploma
    • Preferred 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or commitment to obtaining it within the first year of employment)
