    We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team You will be conducting in-home consultations and offering our replacement windows and replacement exterior doors. Commission based with bonuses available. NO COLD CALLING Leads are provided, preset and pre-qualified.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide In-Home estimates to home owners for replacement windows and doors
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in in-home sales preferred (2+ years)
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Valid AZ Driver's License
    • Available to run some evening and some Saturday appointments
    • Previous experience selling Andersen Windows is a plus
