- Oversee academic programming to ensure it is current, relevant, and meets accreditation standards.
- Maintain compliance with ARC-PA standards and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation bodies.
- Direct faculty and staff recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation.
- Oversee student recruitment, success, and support.
- Develop and maintain community partnerships with healthcare organizations, clinical sites, and professional associations.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Master's-level degree from an ARC-PA accredited program.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in PA education.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice as a PA is preferred.
- Current NCCPA certification and eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri.
- Experience with the ARC-PA accreditation process.
