We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Manager. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
To be successful as a Quality Assurance Manager candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.
An ideal candidate will have the following qualification:
Minimum 3 years experience or equivalent as Quality Assurance in the Semiconducting industry
Must be a US citizen or U.S Permanent Resident. This position requires handling of the product or the information which is subject to ITAR regulations.
Attention to detail.
Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership.
Follows all specifications and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Desire to meet the needs of others.
Can work independently without much guidance.
Great communication skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001QMS and ISO 17025
Job Description and Responsibilities
Create systems to manage company documents and ensure all documents are up to date
Overall responsibilities for maintaining ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management in addition to overseeing internal quality manufacturing management
Ensure the organization's Quality Management Systems conform to Customer, Internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Ensure evaluation of and reporting on vendor quality systems.
Ensure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timely manner
Manage and monitor the company's internal process that may affect the quality of the organization's products/services.
Work with customers, employees, vendors, and outsourcing firms to ensure quality is met
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions,) including the need for improvement.
Manages and maintains document control for agency compliance, training records, calibration logs.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of tester and equipment.
Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed.
Ensures work areas are kept clean and free of debris.
Develops and implements quality management system organizational processes, documentation, and records
Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
Train employees on how to use and access the documents.
Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
