- Provides exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associates that differentiates us from the competition
- Answers calls from hotel guests for the Front Services Department
- Dispatches available Front Services Associate to appropriate locations
- Maintains ongoing efficiency and speed by utilizing proper dispatch procedures, as instructed
- Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints and special needs
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Assists associates in the Front Services Department, and all departments as needed
- Take reservations for guest needing transportation
- Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service
- Perform related duties as requested efficiently, resourcefully with ability to multi-task with high volume
- The ability to lead and work effectively with Associate, guests, and management
- Establishing, and maintaining effective working relationships
- Excellent Communication skills
- Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Front Services Department including Guest Safety and OSHA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in a Front Services position is preferred
- A minimum of one year customer service experience in a position where the primary job duty is direct customer contact or via phone
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid State issued Driver License
