Are you passionate about LEGO, mechanically skilled, and know how to motivate a team? Then join the LEGOLAND team as a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Mechanics in Campbell, FL


Responsibilities:

  • You organize factory production, from inventory management to production and shipping
  • You ensure product safety requirements for the production of factory bricks
  • You act as a deputy for the supervisor and support them in the workshop and park areas
  • You conduct spot checks and take responsibility for the mechanics area in the park
  • You lead and support your team members with any questions they may have

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in the metal industry or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in maintenance and repair of ride systems
  • Experience with printing machines/tampon printing is desirable
  • As our amusement park is open daily during the season, you should be willing to work shifts and weekends
