As part of our growth strategy, we are currently looking for a dedicated
working student in the field of customer care/sales support (m/f/d) - part-time for our office in Feldkirchen near Munich, starting as soon as possible.

The small team there consists of five employees who are looking forward to your support.

Inspiring - Your tasks:

You support our customer care team in day-to-day operations:

Collaboration with the customer care team and sales team to coordinate activities and product promotions.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and tracking NPS (Net Promoter Score) reports.
Proactively contacting customers to promote the webshop and follow up on quotes.
Updating the CRM system and customer data.
