Actuarial Development Program
Equitable's Actuarial Development Program (ADP) - Level I is dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of aspiring actuaries. Our program aims to broaden the actuarial community by offering new and exciting learning opportunities to a diverse group of actuarial students. The ADP provides study time and exam support to help students pass their actuarial exams. The 18-month rotation program includes roles in areas such as Model Modernization & Development (Life & Annuity), Reinsurance & M&A, Risk Management, Valuation & Reporting, Growth Solutions/IR/GR/Life Pricing, Model Governance, Internal Audit, among others.
Key Responsibilities may include:
The base salary for this position is $68,000 with increments for each SOA exam passed. Actual salaries vary based on skills, experience, and location. Equitable also offers additional compensation through salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive opportunities based on performance.
