- 5+ years of experience in non-profit or similar programmatic work.

The majority of the role will be on-site, with some flexibility in schedule and potential for a hybrid setup as onboarding is finalized.
Overview:
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of all programs. The primary aim is to foster leadership development for both participants and volunteers involved in program planning. Think of this role as the behind-the-scenes orchestrator of a successful event - you make it happen without being in the spotlight. Collaboration with the Executive Director, staff, volunteers, and community leaders is essential, providing exposure to influential figures in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader dedicated to serving others, adept at managing details to bring the big picture to life, and enthusiastic about Charlotte and leadership development.
