SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT HAS HANDLED LARGE CALL VOLUME IN BOLINGBROOK, IL.

Have you worked in a call center or office assisting a team by making a large number of calls to potential clients and then inputting the necessary data from those calls into a computer program? Do you have great phone etiquette and customer service skills? If so, we encourage you to apply for this position.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity

Payrate: $19 - $20/hr.

Willing to make 100+ calls a day
Good organizational skills
Proper phone etiquette
Good customer service
Fast thinker / adaptable
Basic understanding of Imperial and Metric values

Prospecting/New Business Development Job Responsibilities and Duties

Must learn the COMPANY values and vision to properly represent our company.
Maintaining a CRM system to properly document and track customer contacts and information.
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Cultivating strong relationships with new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
Work closely with other team members to implement growth strategies and assure consistent, excellent customer service.
Ability to analyze sales data to recognize and capitalize on trends.
Basic understanding of products offered to identify customer needs.
Answer customer questions regarding products, availability, and credit terms via phone or email.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of staff and management inside and outside the company.
Ability to sit for 8 hours per day
