    Job Description

    Some of your responsibilities as Bookkeeper will include:

    • Preparing and sending invoices
    • Preparing financial reports
    • Assisting with payroll
    • Maintaining accurate financial records
    • Following up on outstanding payments
    • Resolving discrepancies and/or issues
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

    To qualify for the Bookkeeper, you must have an Associate's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. As well as:

    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
    • Working knowledge of bookkeeping practices
    • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
    • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
    • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Analytical mindset
