We are seeking to hire a responsible, patient, and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to assist with reviewing patient's charts.
You will review patient records to ensure that information is accurate and that records and documents accurately reflect the conditions and treatment requirements of each patient.
Responsibilities:
Review patient records to ensure that information is accurateSubmit Review Visit Logs (RVLs) to supervisorAdhere to the operational guidelines for color coding of patients.
Respond to HR, operational, and clinical correspondencesSubmit clinical corrections to the supervisorAttend all operational and educational pod meetings as scheduled by the pod leader and submit the post-educational survey following these meetings.
Promptly communicate with Operations to resolve any IT issues encounteredYou will be cross-trained in other areas of care managementSystem Used:
