    **Description**

    Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

    Receive phone calls, faxes and emails from external & internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis.

    + Most of the time our work load will be considered as heavy.

    Informational data and Daily activities will include:

    + Customer Specifications (RFQs) - most often will be Technical type data

    + Processing Quote and Order data accurately and timely in order to maintain/minimize backlog

    + Expediting various activities to move quotes and orders forward in the process

    + Provide timely disposition updates - internally and externally - per requirements

    + Provide Technical Assistance - either for equipment or service requests

    + Assist and guide Factory Support - when required and where applicable

    + Provide Technical Product Support

    + Monitor and report on Delivery activities

    + Expediting activities to ensure all involved stakeholders are on the same page

    + Clear & Precise communications - written & verbal

    + Understand and ensure the JHC/CW TCC (Total Customer Commitment) Standards are upheld at all times

    + Understand and maintain the idea of fair and equitable pricing for our customers

    + Maintain a Safe Work mindset and environment at all times

    + Always be mindful of where you can improve and work appropriately with your Supervisor on appropriate Training

    + Always work to build and cultivate relationships that will benefit others as well as yourself

    + Ensure that Inside efforts are aligned with the production shop

    + Support JHC accounting department with problem invoices, returns and general customer account information

    + Actively and enthusiastically attend required and preferred training

    + Actively and enthusiastically participate in the after hour and weekend On-Call rotation

    + Actively and enthusiastically support CWX colleagues at all times, and especially when overload situations arise

    + Accurately complete quotes, order entry and purchase orders

    + Always build and cultivate solid relationships

    + Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times, regardless of location

    Ideal experience would be in the rotating equipment sales and service space. Knowledge of vibration analysis and troubleshooting is a plus
