    How you will make an impact as a Scheduling Operations Coordinator:
    • Build and maintain our provider template schedules in Electronic Health Records system
    • Regularly monitor and optimize provider schedules for efficient clinic flow, accuracy in scheduled appointments, maximum productivity and appointment availability
    • Facilitate regular meetings with clinic leaders on scheduling issues, solutions, and communication
    • Update a variety of metrics related to schedule availability
    • Troubleshoot and communicate scheduling issues that arise
    • Coordinate time off schedule changes for surgeons
    What we're looking for in a Scheduling Operations Coordinator:
    • Experience in an operations or scheduling role
    • Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Display strong data entry and technology skill in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
    • Highly organized with strong attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
    • Adaptable to high volume of change and able to pivot quickly with changes
    • Self-motivated and able to work well independently
