    Job Summary

    The Engineer I / Analyst II, Reliability and Maintenance is responsible for the development, analysis and improvement of maintenance and reliability processes and procedures. The Engineer I / Analyst II reports to the Manager, Reliability and Maintenance.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    • Analyze reliability and maintenance processes to determine effectiveness.
    • Developing, documenting, and maintaining the Maintenance Strategies for the Valaris Fleet.
    • Provides technical equipment support for all regional upgrade and repair projects.
    • Provides quality improvement recommendations to the reliability and maintenance group.
    • Develops and reviews Technical Bulletins, Maintenance Alerts and Technical Support Notices.
    • Manages technical aspects of global maintenance and inspection contracts and agreements.
    • Documents and reports of maintenance KPIs for both offshore and onshore users.
    • Provides recommendations for budgeting and allocation of critical spare parts and equipment.
    Qualifications / Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent related technical work experience.
    • 1 to 2 years in a similar role in a business of similar size and complexity.
    Skills & Experience
    • Ability to gather and analyze/synthesize data, confirming its accuracy and adequacy as an integral part of the collective analysis/synthesis process.
    • Physically capable of being transported to an offshore rig by boat or helicopter.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (use financial and logical functions; work with multiple worksheets and workbooks; edit and use macros; import and export information).
