- Implementing a diverse range of reliability methodologies across various industries and client organizations while simultaneously managing multiple significant projects.
- Exhibiting leadership qualities by guiding and developing team members while overseeing multiple projects.
- Serving as a consultant and mentor proficient in various reliability practices and ARMS strategies.
- Providing instruction in leadership and personnel management techniques.
- Effectively participating in business expansion and possessing a comprehensive understanding of clients' Asset Strategy Management (ASM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) methods, enabling the identification of optimal solutions for client achievement.
- Degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience gained in a similar role in maintenance reliability within the mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing industries
- Demonstrates a strong technical understanding of Reliability methods and application of ASM, OnePM, and the Isograph Software range & highly competent at applying Reliability techniques
- Strong computer literacy including use of internet, Microsoft office products, Reliability applications and customer databases
- Successfully completed a relevant Project Management course (or similar) and is competent in all stages of executing a project including facilitation and training
- Demonstrated experience in the sales cycle, specifically sales closing skills
