    Description


    Pension Financial Services ("PFS"), a Strongpoint Partners, is located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Representative.

    PFS is an operating partner of Strongpoint Partners, a leading tech-enabled financial services retirement platform backed by Shore Capital Partners (SCP).

    As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering against our growth initiatives across the S.E.

    United States working alongside the leadership at PFS and your sales and marketing colleagues across the Strongpoint Partners family of brands.

    Growth initiatives include opening new channel partnerships with leading Financial advisors, RK wholesaler partners wire houses, RIA's and CPA's across our target markets and creating business development strategies alongside our Recordkeeping and Wholesaler partners that operate in the region to contract new clients.

    Strongpoint Partners provides third-party administration of retirement plans and outsourced HR and payroll solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

    Strongpoint offers an integrated software platform for retirement planning and payroll and is pursuing a growth strategy that includes add-on acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.

    This is a hybrid opportunity in the Atlanta area.

     Role & Responsibilities:

    Identify and target Retirement Plan Design, Consulting, and Compliance clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Advisors, RK wholesalers, RIAs & CPAs, to develop leads and opportunitiesEffectively communicate the unique value proposition of PFS and Strongpoint Partners to prospective partners and clients, highlighting our unique competitive advantages and product differentiationConduct solutioning sessions with client opportunities and partnersCollaborate with internal teams, such as customer support and product development, to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfactionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targetsStay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the marketTrack and report on sales activities and performance metrics on a regular basisRequirements: Proven track record of sales successKnowledge of the retirement plan industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethicProficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools and/or a willingness to learnAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departmentsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plusA passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platformsNote: This job description, requirements, and objectives are intended to convey the general nature and level of work to be performed by the individual assigned to this position.
