Deck & Safety Superintendent (f/m/d) in Celina, OH:

Through our innovative services, Carnival Maritime supports AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere in meeting the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient planning and timely execution of all deck and safety operations for assigned ships, including daily activities, maintenance, improvements, and technical modifications.
Manage and oversee deck budgets and spare parts management for the vessels.
Prepare for and support audits and inspections, and participate in onboard audits.
Collaborate with Cruise Governance/Audit Management to address any findings and document them in the Global HESS-MS platform.
Attend regular HESS/Safety meetings with HESS SI Environment, HESS SI USPH, Nautical & Safety SI, under the guidance of the Head of Safety and/or DPA.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in shipboard operations, preferably in the maritime sector.
Must have an IMO license.
Previous experience in a junior leadership role.
Safetyoriented and collaborative mindset.
Excellent command of English and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
