Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards Manager to oversee and manage the design, implementation, and administration of payroll, compensation, and benefits programs for our UBE's North American operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's business objectives and talent strategy.
