The VP Head of Total Rewards partners with business leaders HR teams to design implement administer comprehensive compensation programs including base pay equity deferred compensation This role provides strategic guidance to ensure programs support organizational objectives maintain internal equity remain externally competitive while complying with all applicable laws regulations

Responsibilities

  • Lead design implementation administration broad-based compensation programs
  • Maintain pay structures incentive programs market pricing salary surveys benchmarking tools Conduct compensation research analytics modeling total rewards strategies Recommend enhancements automation processes maintain competitiveness Develop clear communication documentation HR partners leaders Administer executive compensation plans Including equity restricted stock awards Oversee documentation systems accuracy compliance executive compensation processes Reports performance compensation programs analysis Senior Management Compensation Committee
