We are currently looking for reinforcements for our location in Burgau.

Receptionist (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Welcoming business partners, customers, and guests
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Preparing conference and meeting rooms
  • Performing general office tasks and administrative duties

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in customer reception
  • Strong understanding of customer service and high customer orientation
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Office
  • Knowledge of English is a plus
  • Friendly demeanor and good manners are natural for you
