    Our US Content Agency Lead serves as the business leader responsible for building the foundation of the partnership business for TikTok Commerce in the US and serving sellers that are based outside the US. This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and manage a team. They will be responsible for driving the number of agency partners, managing the team to help improve seller and creator collaboration efficiency, and achieving better business results for both creators and sellers.-
    • Responsibilities
    • Design the key content agency partnership strategy for TikTok Commerce to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches
    • Acquire and grow key agencies: support day to day operations and optimization and achieve business goals
    • Serve as the subject matter expert and develop operational / incentive programs for agencies to accerlate the growth of agencies and creators
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive key metrics growth, e.
    g. number of creators, number of content and quality of content- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams- Hire and grow a strong team to drive growth and align with the business strategyQualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in e-commerce operation or agency management
    • 3 years of experience as a people manager of a significant team size
    • Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) etc.
    • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred
