- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience (4+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a fintech filed or similar industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere or similar
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience and in-depth understanding of Print Media
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Keen eye for aesthetics, layout and typography, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and thrive in a deadline driven setting
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
