- Carrying out the company's fiduciary responsibility in its relationship with investors, agencies, and owners of properties under our management.
- Reviews budgets for the managed properties at the beginning of the year and at mid-year along with Executive Staff.
- Responsible for Housing Assistance Payments contract renewals; determines, together with Regional Managers, whether rent increases should be budget or OCAF; responsible for notification letters to HUD and residents.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, CPA or graduate degree.
- Three to five years of experience time managing staff.
- Familiarity with accounting and property management modules of Real Page or other property management and accounting software.
