Your tasks:

  • As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the interface between our member companies and job seekers
  • By matching suitable talents, you support our member companies in filling open positions and advise them on various personnel issues
  • For this purpose, you take care of applicant management, conduct selection interviews with candidates, and accompany them on their career path
  • You support in personnel marketing through the organization and implementation of our trade fair appearances and through social media
