- Coordinate and manage programs that provide life skills, social support, mentoring, and financial literacy training to youth impacted by the justice system.
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with justice system stakeholders and community-based organizations to enhance program delivery and access.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training and workshops on life skills, social support, mentoring, and financial literacy for program participants.
- Provide case management support to program participants, including goal setting, resource referral, and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain program data and evaluation systems to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities and outcomes for funders and stakeholders.
- Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date on research, trends, and best practices related to life skills, social support, mentoring, and financial literacy.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, case management, or related field.
- Knowledge of restorative and transformative justice principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination and management, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Program Coordinator of Financial Literacy and Life Skills to join our team for our Restorative and Transformative Justice Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing programs that support individuals impacted by the justice system in developing life skills, accessing social support, receiving mentorship, and gaining financial literacy.
