- Bachelors degree.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- SQL proficiency or interest to learn.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. You have the uncanny ability to explain complex financial ideas clearly and concisely.
- Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks. You are comfortable challenging norms while working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
