- Serve as a member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
- Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
- Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records.
- Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system.
- Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed.
- Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries.
- Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.
- Distribute and retain documents as required by the client and FAA policy.
- Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages
- Prep and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only)
- Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience/training.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities daily; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily.
- Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills.
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability.
- Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes experience desired.
