    LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with company here in Cleveland, OH on their search for a Staff Accountant. This is direct hire role, offering competitive pay, great benefits and fun work environment

    Duties:

    • Perform general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements and other corporate balance sheet accounts

    • Responsible for daily treasury reporting and weekly cash forecasting

    • Preparation of monthly accrual journal entries

    • Preparation of daily cash entries and weekly travel and purchase card activity

    • Preparation of month-end analytical reports

    • Assist Treasury Manager with monthly sales tax filings

    • Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Department as may be required

    • Special projects as requested, including annual census surveys

    Education and experience requirements:

    • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance

    • Basic knowledge of journal entry preparation

    • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, takes pride in work output

    • Excellent communication skills and strong desire to learn and progress in corporate finance environment

    • Proficiency in Excel and Word

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
