    Sport Durst Automotive Group of Durham is a fast growing company in search of self-motivated, career driven individuals to join our multi franchise call center, help support our goals and respects diversity.

    This is a key position that supports multiple levels in the automotive industry. Our Business Development Representatives can take advantage of our company paid on-site training program. We offer our BDR's flexible hours, competitive hourly compensation plus monthly commission.     Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and securing new clients, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with current customers.
    • Focuses on prospecting outbound leads.
    • Qualifying prospects and setting up sales appointments generated by email, internet leads, social selling, cold calling and networking.
    • Update and maintain account information and activity in the CRM

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and email communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals on the phone or electronically.
    • Commitment to excellence and high standards.

    • Secondary Languages a plus
    • Works with integrity and ethically and upholds company/organization values.
    • Follow company policies and procedures. Supports company goals and respects diversity
    • Must be available to work any recognized Federal holiday that falls on a normal scheduled work day, other than holiday(s) the company is closed.
