As a
Regional Clinical Director, you will oversee all Clinical - Directors and programs within their assigned region.

This position demands maintaining a high level of performance by supporting the facility Clinical Directors with providing clinical guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback for all clinical teammates to address the needs of the population we serve.

Requirements:


  • Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution in an appropriate behavioral science, mental health discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in alcohol and drug addiction to include group, individual counseling with treatment planning skills and case management.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with supervision and/or management of clinical services of an alcohol and drug addiction program and support team.
  • School of thought and/or theory that is compatible with treatment and the twelve
- step philosophy.

  • LPC OR LCSW
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This is required to drive for company purposes
  • Travel is required as needed to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences, provide clinical trainings, and provide supervision. Travel will be upon the needs of the region/facilities.
  • Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities:


  • Assure compliance of the clinical program with CARF, and any state/federal Standards to include confidentiality regulations in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Assist with the onboarding training for newly hired/promoted clinical leadership for the region and evaluate clinical leadership competencies with the first 90 days.
  • Diagnose, prescribe and provide ongoing training and development for the clinical leadership in the region.
  • Assist with providing ongoing training for clinical teams in the region, as needed.
  • Provide individual and group supervision, including observed supervisions, for the clinical leadership in the region.
  • Monitor and enforce workflow expectations for the region, including but not limited to digital signing, scheduling, patient services, active treatment plans, counseling compliance, quality documentation.
  • Work with the Executive Director, or designee, to address and document any performance issues of clinical leadership of the region, as need.
  • Monitor programing and curriculum to meet the needs of the population served (i.e. group schedule, evidencebased curriculum, counselor resources/tools).
  • Assist and train facility Clinical Directors with monitoring quality assurance of all clinical records for participants including the facilitation of complete, accurate, timely documentation that reflects patient need, service provision, and medical necessity criteria.
  • Assist with facilitation and/or cofacilitation of clinical meetings to address behavioral and/or clinical concerns, progress, and crisis intervention of patients in the absence of facility Clinical Director.
  • Assist with providing clinical and/or licensure supervision to counselors, in the absence of a facility Clinical Director, as needed.
  • Provide input into the performance evaluations for all clinical leadership annually and 90day probationary review for all new hires.
  • Ensure all incident reports that pertain to clinical issues are addressed in a timely manner and assess risk factors including quality assurance issues.
  • Directly communicate with the Executive Director and administrative team and follow up with periodic updates to address immediate concerns and approval of all administrative decisions that affect the clinical team and program.
  • Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
