Together, we'll draw on our legacies of disruption to change the way the world communicates.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead our post-paid wireless carrier team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, driving product offerings and promotions, and overseeing the analytics team to ensure we make data-driven decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, GTM, and finance to optimize revenue and maximize customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement pricing strategies for post-paid wireless products and servicesConduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform pricing decisionsWork with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to construct offers that drive growth and profitabilityAnalyze data and provide insights to support decision-making for pricing, promotions, and product developmentDevelop pricing models and tools to help sales and marketing teams optimize product and service offeringsManage a team of analysts responsible for providing pricing and analytical supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure alignment and achievement of revenue targetsMonitor the performance of pricing strategies and make adjustments as neededStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company is competitive and compliantSkills, Experience and RequirementsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or business administration8+ years of experience in pricing strategy and product development preferably in the telecommunications industryExperience with analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization, segmentation, and regression analysisStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsExperience managing a team of analystsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines#LI-BT4#LI-BT4Salary Range Compensation:
$115,500.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year Compensation and BenefitsWe also offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k)
