    Must Have Skills

    • The SAP BASIS Lead plays a major role by engaging directly with Client Directors and Solution Architects, IT Management, and other business teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support for SAP operations.
    • Takes lead in analyzing core business processes and designing recommended improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with business stakeholders and adjacent IT team members.
    • This position will research and resolve production support issues, provide technical support, Solution design, coordinate with other vendors, and contribute to a broad system strategy within the IT Supply Chain Management team.
    Job Requirements1. 10+ years' experience as SAP basis expert2. Analyze and define SAP and related solution infrastructure and application architecture3. Experience in analyzing EWA report/HANA Checks and implement Solution4. Strong experience in SAP Performance analysis and bottleneck situation for ECC/PI etc5. Strong experience in HANA DB6. Strong experience in PI 7.4/7.5 and upgrade experience7. Knowledge in handling High Priority Incident/MI issues and promptly delivering solution8. Strong experience of SAP basis administration, implementations, design, and upgrades.9. Strong knowledge in SPS patches, system refreshes and copies, Kernel upgrades etc.10. Basic Knowledge on cloud essentials, compute, load balancers etc.11. Experience in Microsoft Azure and basic handling preferred12.

    Ensures SAP solution has proper monitoring in place; Supports performance analysis, memory management, and hardware capacity scaling and database analysis.

    Responsible for the system's overall health and stability.13. Brings technical innovation and provides recommendations on SAP Technologies and related products14. Can work as Lead and handle offshore/nearshore Team in Basis/Security Area15. Excellent communication skill and customer handling experience

    Nice to have skills

    • SAP Certification on HANA would be preferred
