Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying software requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Detailing requirements and providing sufficient information to all project stakeholders
  • Describing requirements in prose or user stories and epics
  • Ensuring the quality of requirements through alignment with stakeholders
  • Managing changes to requirements

Your Profile

  • Completed degree, preferably in engineering
  • Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) desirable
  • IREB certification advantageous
  • Proficient in using requirements management models, tools, and methods
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented approach, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Good knowledge of German and English
