Your Responsibilities

  • Independent conception of technical building equipment systems in close coordination with the client's requirements
  • Planning of systems in cost groups 440 and 450 (DIN 276)
  • Coordination with external trades
  • Structured creation of performance specifications and functional performance descriptions
  • Participation in project procurement and billing
  • Monitoring of construction site execution

Your Profile

  • Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training
  • Relevant professional experience in planning industrial and commercial projects throughout all phases of the HOAI
  • Thorough knowledge of VOB
  • Structured and independent work style with effective use of common planning software
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, team-oriented and customer-focused
