Privacy, Controlled Unclassified Information and Records Management Lead

Chenega Systems (CS) provides federal agencies empowered solutions in Cybersecurity and Data Visualization. Our Subject Matter Experts offer decades of experience working in the federal marketplace and the data visualization environment.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Current Certified Records Manager with 3+ years of experience in Records Management or 5+ years of experience as a Records Manager with a current Certified Records Analyst or 5+ years of experience as Records Information Management or Records Analyst with at least a bachelor's from an accredited college/university in Records Management or Information Management or Data Management.

Instead of being a Certified Records Manager, it is amenable to have 5+ years of experience performing Records Management functions, (preferably federal records) and can obtain a Records Management or Certified Records Analyst certification before hire

Background check required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in data labeling, marking, categorizing controlled unclassified information, CUI destruction, or records digitization

process.

Experience in lead roles, coordination, serving in the capacity of liaison, and pulling together a quality work product across the 3 disciplines: Privacy, CUI, and records management or something

similar.

Proficient knowledge of certain doctrines, including the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, NIST revision 5, E-Government Act 2002, Section 208, NIST SP , Executive Order 13556, Executive Order 13719, P residential and Federal Records Act Amendments of 2014, FISMA

Act 2014, OMB circulars A-130, A-108, and A-123.

Must have multi-tasking ability and often short suspense; the candidate must be comfortable in handling competing

deadlines.

Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in applying Privacy risk management framework techniques to strengthen and mature the current Privacy Program, collaborating with the Chief Privacy Officer.

Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel, including senior management to convey and ensure provisions of the Privacy Act, CUI, and Federal Records Act are followed.
